Night Howl is a female-led experiential event studio and creative oracle with more than fifteen years of experience working with artists and brands to craft awe-inspiring immersive events.

Our expertise lies in transforming non-traditional locations into multi-sensory environments, encouraging artists to work across genres, mediums and traditions.

At a time when many events feel formulaic or forgettable, we fight mediocrity by designing transformative experiences that are as meaningful as they are memorable.

While we primarily focus on crafting our own experiential worlds, we are proud to have collaborated with a diverse range of partners, from music labels to tourism boards, film studios to scientists. We are passionate about helping our partners realize their visions and offer full-service creative and production support.

Megan Roberts has built a distinguished career creating awe-inspiring, boundary-pushing experiences in unexpected and unconventional locations. As the former VP of Experiential at Atlas Obscura (2012–2024), her work has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and NPR, among other media outlets. She’s shared her distinctive approach to experiential marketing on prominent panels, including Delta Air Lines’ CES panels in 2023 and 2024, where she spoke on the future of immersive brand experiences.

Past projects include transforming a 1920s subway car into a mobile art installation and roving celebration beneath the streets of New York City for Chase Sapphire; developing Plantasia, a multi-sensory experience exploring the human connection to plants, which toured botanic gardens around the country; and curating and producing a four-day music, art and science festival surrounding the 2024 solar eclipse.

Adriana Molello brings a singular voice to the world of music production and event design. With roots as a classically trained violinist, she has performed alongside some of the most iconic artists of our time—serving as Post Malone’s first violinist on the If You Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying tour, performing with Beyoncé at the Oscars, and backing Miley Cyrus at the VMAs.

Adriana’s deep performance background and sharp industry insight make her an exceptional creative partner, whether assembling an orchestra or collaborating with headlining acts. She created and launched the first-ever music series in the historic catacombs of Brooklyn’s Green-Wood Cemetery, produced a five-day immersive musical journey through Venice, Italy, and has designed bespoke sonic experiences for brands like Dior and Fernet Branca. Known for her imaginative approach to sound design, Adriana specializes in crafting unforgettable live moments.
